By accessing or using TeamClick ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TeamClick provides an AI-powered team assessment platform using Role Matrix Architecture™. The Service analyzes behavioral data to generate team compatibility insights, Predictive Click Scores, and collaboration recommendations.

TeamClick is a business intelligence tool. Results are provided for informational and planning purposes and should not be used as the sole basis for employment decisions.

3. Accounts and Access

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You may not share your account with others or use it for commercial resale without authorization
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service at scale
• Upload or enter data that you do not have the right to use
• Use the Service in a way that could harm, disable, or impair its operation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using TeamClick, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.

You retain ownership of the data you submit. By submitting data, you grant TeamClick a limited license to process it to provide the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

TeamClick, Role Matrix Architecture™, and Predictive Click Score™ are trademarks of TeamClick. The Service, including its algorithms, design, and content, is owned by TeamClick and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our written permission.

7. Subscription and Payments

Free assessments are available without a paid subscription. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.

Refunds are available within 7 days of the initial subscription purchase if you have not used the paid features. Contact us for refund requests.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. TeamClick does not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that results will be accurate. Assessment results are probabilistic insights, not guarantees of team performance.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TeamClick shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or a prominent notice on the Service. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TeamClick is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
